Ensure all officers sign in/out of duty correctly.

Ensure all officers have their SIA licenses on them while on duty.

Reply to occupier’s emails in a timely manner.

Be confident in using the fire alarm panel.

Act when incidents arise and assist the Supervisor with relevant documentation.

Ensure all logs are updated with defects logged as requested on eLogbook’s.

Assist with training of all officers and Manning officers.

Be confident in dealing with any incident that occurs and how to escalate to the Emergency Services.

A good understanding of the Fire Alarm system with all faults escalated in and out of hours as necessary.

Ensure all isolations/enabled devices are carried out as per permit
-
Ensure all CCTV cameras are in working order while on duty, reporting any defects to eLogbook’s.
-
Ensure that a proper handover is done with on-coming team.
-
Ensure all training is up to date and the matrix is kept up to date.

Ensure that the Sky Garden have done a sweep of the sky garden area before they lock-up
-
Ensure the Sky Garden supervisor has logged all items before they leave each evening.
-
Ensure Bidvest Noonan log is kept up to date, i.e.: sickness RTW etc.

Run weekly and monthly reports.

Navigate C-Cure, understand and use all functions.
-
Be confident taking phone calls and note taking.
-
Ensure Lost & Found property log is kept updated.
-
Ensure all first aid kits are full and items in date.
-
Continuous training of all Staff on your Team ensuring they are up to date and confident to deal with Fire alarm activations and Invacuations including Marauding Terrorist Attacks.

Previous experience in a similar role
-
Previous experience working within a front facing customer service environment.
-
Practically able to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and deal with demanding situations and people.

Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and written skills.

Highly organised with good attention to detail and excellent record-keeping abilities.
