Senior Operations Manager

This role will include the management of all Operations in the North of Scotland, including some larger client accounts. There is also a requirement to identify and close further business opportunities in this area. You will work closely with the Head Office team to ensure that a premium service is provided., * The management and operational delivery of multi-site across a number of client sites, ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times

• Closely adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures and encourage safe working practices at all times

• Managing soft FM services to and across multiple sites

• Performance management across teams, reporting and monitoring performance

• Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets

• Undertake regular client meetings and produce management reports on a monthly basis

• Ensure highest levels of Health and Safety and Environmental standards are achieved across sites at all times

• Directly manage line managers and motivate and lead the team to achieve high performance

• Ensure strong client relationships are developed and maintained, allowing growth opportunities within the region

• Ensure Supervisors complete audits on an agreed frequency for all sites using the company app

• Provide Finance with accurate information for invoicing new and existing clients

• Pricing of ad-hoc jobs along with adjustments to existing contracts

• Stock level audits & purchasing within specified budget

Previous experience is required of working closely with the customer to ensure that the services are meeting their requirements and constantly looking for ways to improve, using both people and technology., * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning and/or soft services and its challenges is preferable but not a pre-requisite.

• Operations Management of larger and diverse site service delivery teams

• Excellent relationship builder with clients

• IT literate and be financially aware

• Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise

• Proven track record in change-management within the cleaning services sector

• Full drivers license required
