Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Wigan 4 on 4 off, 12hr shift £47,000 We have a role available for a multi skilled maintenance Engineer to work in Wigan. You will be working for a leading FMCG company. Your focus in this role will be to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance and minimise downtime for the production facility. Main duties for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on electrical systems for optimal performance. Promptly address unplanned breakdowns, diagnose faults, and minimise downtime. Install, repair, and modify electrical systems to meet production and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify hazards and maintenance needs. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to prioritise tasks and minimise disruptions. Use CMMS to log maintenance activities and track equipment history. Maintain accurate records and stay updated on industry advancements. Participate in training to enhance electrical maintenance skills.
