Our team manages a wide range of maintenance tasks and property refurbishments in York, Selby, and Leeds, with plans to expand into other areas. We\’re looking for a versatile, hands-on professional to help us meet growing demand.

About the Role: Join Our Growing Maintenance Team as a Multi-Skilled Tradesman.

Position: Multi-Skilled Tradesman.

Type: Self-Employed Contractor / Full-Time Employment (for the right candidate).

Start Date: ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a variety of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Assisting in property refurbishments.
• Performing general repairs, including plumbing, decorating, carpentry, and more, depending on your expertise.
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, with expertise in at least two or more trades (plumbing, decorating, carpentry, etc.). Own vehicle, insurance, and tools are required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and with a team. A reliable, proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to travel to different job sites within Yorkshire.

Required Skills: Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, with expertise in at least two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Own vehicle, insurance, and tools are required.

Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and with a team. A reliable, proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to travel to different job sites within Yorkshire.

Pay range and compensation package:

Self employed Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day.

Employed pay: £25,000-£30,000 OTE.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Work Location: In person.
