Assist with a variety of administration to support management of the Fundraising/Licensing Programme, with a focus on new applications and income generation.

Be responsible for the day-to-day account management of newly applying companies to ensure they are supported through the journey, and the reputation and rigour of the Programme is maintained.

Respond to prospective and existing companies, both on and offline, professionally and with a high level of customer service.

Work collaboratively with the other departments.

Ensure high quality and accurate records are maintained, in compliance with relevant information legislation.

Provide general support to the Sustainable Business Programmes department and assist with other similar work as required.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships.

Strong commitment to team working and an ability to work well with colleagues in different disciplines across the whole organisation.

First class written and verbal presentations skills, sufficient to effectively present the organizations message to companies and partner organisations.

Strong and proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

Excellent IT skills with moderate to advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel, and moderate level Outlook.

A positive and proactive approach to using new software.

Comfortable with handling and communicating basic scientific information and technical data.

Qualifications (IT/Academic/Vocational)

Educated to degree standard or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience of maintaining high quality accurate records and of undertaking multiple administrative tasks, requiring an eye for detail.

Experience of managing a project with multiple priorities and timelines and of assimilating technical information.

Excellent communication skills and experience of successful networking with external partners.

Understanding and interest in the growing ethical consumer marketplace.

Expertise of working within a multi-disciplined team of staff.

Specific Qualities:

Willingness to travel within the UK for work purposes as required.

A positive and flexible approach to work.

Knowledge of the issues affecting the organisation’s underlying mission and more broadly within the sector.

Commitment to animal protection and the objects of the organisation.
