Engage in proactive knowledge sharing, mentoring, and collaboration on advanced SQL, data science, and data engineering best practices.

Champion data governance and data quality initiatives, setting new standards across the organization.

Promote and advocate for a sophisticated data-driven culture, influencing decision-making processes and strategic directions.

Possess significant experience in data engineering and analytics, with a deep understanding of advanced data warehouse concepts and practices.

Proficient in cloud environments, particularly GCP, with a strong grasp of associated data services and tools.

Skilled in developing and managing ETL/ELT pipelines, ideally with experience in dbt.

Familiar with best practices in software development, including CI/CD, TDD, DDD, and product thinking, and able to balance perfection with pragmatism.
