A Customs clearance coordinator is required for a logistics & freight forwarding company in the Tilbury area of Essex. This is a very established company that covers road, ocean, and air freight. This position is a Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm role, working within the offices of this company. It is easy to get to and parking is available. The salary for the Customs clearance coordinator role is GBP 27-32k.
The role involves ensuring all customs clearance documents are filled out correctly and submitted on time for freight via road, air, or ocean. You will upload documents to CDS and have knowledge of Destin8 / CNS. You will input commodity codes into the system and ensure the correct customs clearance has been requested.
