Leverage knowledge of clinical workflows to resolve complex issues and ensure the seamless integration of applications.

Assist in the implementation and support of integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and other relevant protocols.

Document support activities and solutions to maintain knowledge-sharing across the team.

Proven experience supporting NHS customers or working with NHS-specific systems and clinical workflows.

Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical solutions for healthcare applications.

A solid understanding of clinical workflows within healthcare systems and the ability to navigate integration challenges.

Familiarity with integration standards like HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare integration protocols.

Experience with bespoke healthcare applications and managing complex integrations.
