Workshop Plant Fitter

Job description

Plantforce are currently looking for an experienced & enthusiastic Workshop Plant Fitter to join our team based from our Plantforce Midlands depot. This is a permanent, full time position.

Main duties will include:

• Servicing and repairs to construction-based plant, heavy industry machinery and equipment.
• Carrying out Pre and Post delivery inspections.
• Diagnostic fault finding .
• Recording relevant data, working to company procedures and undergoing continual training.
• Providing feedback to workshop teams and Plantforce management.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in Plant Engineering.
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical experience
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving License.

Plantforce engineers operate from Monday to Friday and on Saturday when required, giving flexibility to finish times with opportunity for overtime.
