The Building Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham, Cheltenham & Oxford based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment. The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: * Professional services * Diplapidations, condition reports etc * Project based work * Instructions * Variations * Contract administration Requirements for the Building Surveyor role are: * Minimum of 4 years experience. * Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt. * Autonomously running projects. * Consultancy experience.
