Our client, driven by exciting partnerships within the luxury living space, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of their own portfolio. With fresh leadership steering the agency and a commitment to providing a full end-to-end service for landlord investors, this is your chance to shape a role in a company that values service above all and has ambitious plans for their certain growth. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with landlords in a way that reflects the high-level service Arranging, carrying out and following up on snagging Reports for our new-build properties. Ensuring that we have a suitable number of keys sets for tenants, and to suitably manage any new properties.
