Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Plant Manager to join one of our clients in and around the Avonmouth area ! A stable and secure establishment which invests in their staff and the sites within. **Responsibilities** * Lead the site team in delivering a safety-first culture * Drive safety compliance through the effective implementation of the facility Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Quality Manual in line with associated accreditations * Focus on ensuring safety, predictability, reliability, and availability at the forefront of all decisions * Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss, prepare an annual budget, and manage expenditures **Requirements** * Extensive people management experience within a large technical department/region at the senior level is essential * Knowledge and experience from a power, O&G, Biomass or energy/waste background is essential * Power generation experience If you would like to find out more about the opportunity and the company then please get in touch !
