Social worker

Newham council are recruiting for an Adult Social worker. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Promoting and Independence Review Team.

About the Role – The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting annual reviews

• Handling various case-related tasks such as Mental capacity assessments

• Ensuring all reviews are strength-based and holistic

• Promoting independence in all aspects of their work

Responsibilities – Experience – social worker ready to start straight away and has minimum 2 years’ experience. If you are passionate about making a difference and have a strong commitment to promoting independence, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications – degree in Social Work & a Social work England Registration

Pay range and compensation package – The pay rate for this role will be 32 per hour
