Our client is a well established business working within the building surveying sector. They currently survey around between 40 and 50 thousand properties per year and are looking to expand.

They work with housing associations and local authorities providing them with robust stock condition data, energy data, RdSAP data and now more recently retrofit data.

They are looking to bring on an office based Data Validator to validate their data among other duties. This is an ideal role for someone who has previously been a Stock Condition Surveyor who is looking for a step up in to an office based position handling the data side of the surveying.

• Validate and process survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with surveyors to resolve data discrepancies.
• Utilise IT tools, including MS Excel and MS Access, to manage and analyse data effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in surveying or working with survey data is essential.
• Familiarity with stock condition surveying
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access preferred.

Must be based locally or within a reasonable commute to Farnham, as this role is 100% office-based.
