For Companies We\’re working with an early-stage startup that is looking for a Lead Product Designer to join them!
They\’ve created an AI tool that has the potential to positively impact the work of designers everywhere, and they want someone on their team who can really elevate their design aesthetics. So, there\’s a ton of opportunity here for how much impact you can have and how far you can take things.
What will your role involve?
- You\’ll be setting the standard for UI/UX design, leveraging your Figma expertise to research, prototype, and refine their product.
- Utilising your storytelling skills, you\’ll be an advocate for great design, contributing to discussions, and representing the organisation in the design community through speaking and networking.
- You\’ll be working closely with the product team to engage with users, gather insights, and drive meaningful improvements.
- You\’ll consistently stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to improve the product and processes.
Who are they looking for?
- You have exceptional visual design skills, and a solid portfolio that showcases both this, and your UX process.
- You\’re a super passionate designer, eager to make a meaningful impact.
- You\’re very experienced in Figma (preferably on the L3/L4 framework).
- You\’re a confident communicator, easily able to articulate your ideas – bonus points if you\’re comfortable with public speaking.
- You\’re comfortable working in an early-stage startup – and all the excitement/chaos that comes with it.
- Huge bonus if you\’ve got any experience with Figma plugins.
WFH policy: 5 days/month in London office (ideally you\’re London-based).
