· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the hotel’s event and social business, with a focus on filming, corporate events and private functions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, event planners, agencies and local businesses to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
· Attend networking events and industry gatherings to represent the hotel and increase its presence in the market.
· Develop, nurture, and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Create and implement strategies to grow and develop key client accounts.
· Support in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a balance between acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on pipeline activity, trends, and account performance.
· Develop tailored proposals and event packages that align with client requirements and drive revenue for the hotel.
