Service Designer - SC Cleared

iO Associates are working closely with a growing digital transformation consultancy in their search for a passionate Service Designer to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end services that meet user needs while working within complex policy environments.

Depending on the projects, you will mostly be working from home with a possible need to visit customers along the M4 corridor once or twice a month.

Due to the exciting nature of the role and the projects you will be working on, you must hold an active SC Clearance to be eligible.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experienced as an in-house or as a consultant in the Service Design field, ideally in an agile environment within multidisciplinary teams
• Have strong experience with or exposure to the GDS Design Principles, System and Service Manual, delivering projects and products to these principles
• Proven track record in working with customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and workshops with senior and C-suite stakeholders
