What you will be doing:
- You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
- You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
- Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day-to-day queries.
- Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
- Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
- Planning and delivering our market-leading true life events program on a weekly basis.
- Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team.
- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
- Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Assisting with summer turnaround of the site.
- Using a range of systems to ensure guest satisfaction of which full training will be given.
