Our client is a well-funded and scaling PropTech with powerful proprietary data. Their data provides a deep view of UK homeowners today and their Ai models predict how they will behave tomorrow e.g. when they\’re likely to move home; what products they\’ll buy and what services they\’ll need when they do.
Estate agents, builders, developers, housing associations and conveyancers leverage our clients data and solutions to value, invest in, and sell residential property and related services.
Earning potential
- Base salary £50-55k with £100 – 150k OTE
- Uncapped commissions enabling high earning potential
- 20% commission on sales in Year 1, 10% on renewals in Year 2, and 5% in Year 3
- Deal sizes range from £10-20k
- Sales cycle 4-8 weeks
Skills
- Minimum 3 years in B2B new business / inside sales
- Experience working within PropTech, Property Data analytics or Marketing Services Data
- Experience selling into the residential real estate sector
