Business Resilience Manager

Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known financial services organisation in their search for a Business Resilience Manager to join their existing team.

We are looking for a seasoned risk professional to play a pivotal and senior role, shaping the future state of resilience across the firm.

You will be empowered to build and map a framework to complement the company\’s existing Risk framework for monitoring, challenging and providing assurances over the organisations overall business resilience.

Experience & Knowledge required

• Significant previous experience gained in a resilience oversight role, gained in a Financial Services environment.
• Detailed understanding of the FCA Operational Resilience requirements.
• Recent exposure to resilience frameworks and how they fit with broader risk frameworks.
