About the role:
We are currently searching for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary studio in Southwest London and are looking for experienced landscape architects to join the landscape design team on Day Rate Contract basis. The Landscape Architecture team works on a variety of high-profile projects in the UK and overseas, ranging from large-scale landscape strategies to detailed design of public realm.
About You:
- Deeply passionate about design and innovative solutions.
- Enjoys collaborating with architects on diverse projects.
- Inquisitive nature and attentive listener.
- Degree in a related design field or equivalent certification; professional registration is highly desirable.
- Experience managing landscape projects from concept through to completion
- Strong skills in design and hand-drawing techniques.
- Proficient with technology and fast-paced 3D exploration tools – Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe.
- Proactive mindset, a good team player, and positive collaborator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Confident personality with strong engagement and communication skills at all levels.
Role:
- Apply a solid understanding of the design process and project brief, assisting in the preparation of deliverables from the concept stage onward.
- Produce high-quality concept designs and detailed packages for large-scale, local, and international public realm projects, showcasing advanced design and technical skills.
- Oversee third-party contributions in line with project parameters.
- Be an effective team player by actively seeking feedback and maintaining a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
- Engage constructively with clients and consultants.
- Support senior team members with client presentations and meetings as needed.
