Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Barnsley to recruit a Shift Maintenance Supervisor.
Salary – £48,368 pa
Shift: Panama pattern of 12 hour shifts with a weekly average of 42 hours
Benefits:
- 25 days holiday plus additional entitlement in lieu of Bank Holidays

The Shift Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the engineering shift team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Skills and Qualifications of the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Proven experience in an engineering supervisory role.
- Recognised NVQ / EITB Apprenticeship
- HNC Engineering or ONC+ significant experience
- COMPEX Elec or Mech
- Awareness of the practical implications of all relevant Statutory legislation (PUWER, EAWR, LOLER, Risk Assessment, PSSR, CDM)
