Purpose
To provide sales administration support to the Sales team and act as an interface between Sales and other departments, including Operations and Finance, to ensure the smooth operation of sales with our customers globally.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
Responsibility Area 1: Sales Order Processing
· Daily sales order processing of all orders received from Sales
· Order entering and management in Sage
· Salesforce.com order management
· Asset Management in Halo
· Preparing all necessary paperwork for shipping of products including engagement with couriers
· Checking customer payments with Finance team
· Raising the monthly report for Sales team to advise of expiring warranties and licenses
· Raising invoices for repairs on request from quotes issued by the Support team
· Liaising with customers regarding shipping updates, invoices, credit notes
· Taking credit card payments over the phone and checking BACS payments with Finance team
· Producing weekly Open Sales Order reports for Finance and Sales
· Requesting credit checks where necessary
· Sending out software links to new customers
Responsibility Area 2: Trial Stock Management
· Managing trial stock
· Processing and shipping of trial agreements
· Working with Sales to ensure trial stock is returned on time
Responsibility Area 3: Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
· Providing additional reports as and when required
· Managing leads and distributing them to the correct sales person
· Adding and updating products on Salesforce
