We\’re looking for a new Recruitment Consultant based in and around Horsham to recruit top talent for leading financial institutions across Europe and the Americas. You will be reporting under the Managing Director, heading up Trading and Finance. Please note, this is a fully office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of candidates

● Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel

● Perform candidate and company mapping using LinkedIn and other tech tools

● Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases

● Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards.

● Engage with candidates to generate interest in available roles

Who Are You?

● A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills

● Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

● Willing to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn

● Ideally someone who has customer service/customer-facing experience (office experience would be a plus)

● Education: a minimum of A-Level
