The Role:
- Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Data Centres market
- Managing the entire recruitment process
- Negotiating with senior level stakeholders
- Flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio
- Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
- Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business
- Developing through one-on-one mentoring
- Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs
- Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business
The Requirements:
- Degree preferred
- Up to 6 months experience in the Recruitment industry
- A hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
