The Role:

  • Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Data Centres market
  • Managing the entire recruitment process
  • Negotiating with senior level stakeholders
  • Flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio
  • Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector
  • Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business
  • Developing through one-on-one mentoring
  • Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs
  • Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business

The Requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • Up to 6 months experience in the Recruitment industry
  • A hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
