Test Technician

T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an exciting manufacturing business who supply products to a variety of industries to help them to recruit a Test Technician.
As a Test Technician, you will work closely with the development team on the build and development of test rigs, subsequently running tests to ensure the functionality and performance of high performance electric motors.
Key Responsibilities as a Test Technician:
- Build and modify test rigs according to engineers designs.
- Ensure all the equipment is in optimal condition and calibrated for accurate results.
- Carry out tests using rigs and a variety of test equipment.
- Record and interpret the data using specialised testing software.
- Compile test reports and send them off to Development Engineers.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements to be a successful Test Technician:
- Experience working with an engineering or test environment.
- Experienced of a test environment and in producing high-quality results.
- Have technical proficiency, related to the mechanical systems, testing equipment and softwares used for testing motors or engines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
This role will be based from the company’s main site in Milton Keynes. Salary dependant on experience, with the package also including a Private Medical plan and good holiday allowance scheme growing with service.
