Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:\\n\\nRigging and operating audio equipment for a variety of live, virtual, and hybrid events.\\nCollaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality technical services.\\nLeading a team of freelance staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly.\\nLiaising with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew both onsite and prior to events.\\nMaintaining and preparing audio equipment in the warehouse.\\nWorking with the Head of Audio to enhance and improve our department.\\nDelivering and collecting equipment using company vehicles.\\nAssisting other departments as needed to support the overall business. \\n\\nQualifications & Key Attributes:\\n\\nMinimum 2 years' experience as a live events sound engineer, especially in the corporate sector.\\nExperience with Front of House and Monitor mixing for live music acts.\\nPrevious experience with corporate conferences and awards ceremonies.\\nProficiency in Yamaha digital mixing consoles (CL and QL series).\\nKnowledge of d&b line arrays, amplifiers, array calc, and R1 control network.\\nStrong working knowledge of Qlab programming.\\nSkilled at handling pressure in live event environments.\\nFull UK driving license and own transport.Working Hours:\\n\\nThis role requires flexibility, with weekend work expected due to the nature of the industry. We aim to ensure a healthy work-life balance where possible.\\n\\nHolidays:\\n\\n28 days per year.\\nAfter 3 years' service: Birthday off (within 7 days of your birthday).\\nAfter 5 years' service: Additional day off.
