BREEAM Assessor, Northamptonshire
Are you an experienced BREEAM Assessor? Our client provides design, installation and commissioning services to the construction industry. They are well established and are experiencing a period of growth due to ongoing and new projects. They cover all sectors from healthcare to residential, sports & leisure, industrial, to retail and education. They offer a robust range of services including M&E design, energy and sustainability strategies, BREEAM and energy related reports to name a few.
We are seeking an experienced BREEAM Assessor with a strong track record to join our clients team and contribute to projects across various sectors. In this role, you will work autonomously and proactively, while ensuring the commercial success of the projects.
You will take ownership of the delivery of key project workstreams, actively engaging with clients to ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets, and to effectively navigate any changes that may arise.
Ideally, you will be an AP, but if not, they will arrange for you to complete the course as part of your progression and development, so this role might suit someone wanting to take the next step in their career.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days working from home as well as flexible working and further benefits to include pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave (days can be bought and sold too!)
