WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Manager at Interact Analysis, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage a small team of account managers and partners ensuring all are able to hit their targets through coaching, collaboration and innovation.
- Set and manage sales quotas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Use market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the analyst and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend national and international industry events and conferences to network and promote Interact Analysis.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and business intelligence.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and client feedback to make informed decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop long-term sales strategies and plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Proficiency in predicting future sales trends and setting realistic targets.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve sales processes.
- Personnel Management: Solid experience in and a desire to manage and grow a team with a focus on mentoring.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B account management experience.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Solid experience in managing non-transactional accounts and growing relationships with large accounts.
- Strong understanding of market research and interest in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
