Gambit Search are working with an exceptional international law firm who are looking to hire a private equity lawyer into their London office.

They are seeking a Private Equity Lawyer who is UK qualified with 2-4 years PQE. You\’ll have good experience in corporate matters including M&A. While extensive experience in private equity is not required, a genuine interest is going to be key as you can be up-skilled.

You\’ll be working on various parts of transactions which include investments, acquisitions and disposals from a private equity standpoint.
