As the Stock Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of inventory, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with our brand’s high standards. You will collaborate closely with store management and various teams to ensure stock levels meet business needs while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all stockroom operations, including receiving, organising, and maintaining inventory.
- Develop and implement stock management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimise discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to uphold accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts and business goals.
- Manage inventory transfers, both in-store and between locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and analyse stock performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for leadership.
- Champion best practices for stockroom organisation and space optimisation.
- Supervise and train stock associates, fostering a culture of precision and excellence.
- Act as a key liaison for logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth stock operations.
About You:
- Proven experience in stock management, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an impeccable attention to detail.
