A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a large, complex and completed residential project to manage the site wide strategic planning of long-term asset replacement.
This is a technical role which will include liaising with contractors, reviewing technical failures such as smoke vents, unpicking the sub-contractor proposals and developing the best solutions.
The role will include responsibility for strategic planning of all hard services across the development, developing the asset replacement strategy and execution.
You will have responsibility for developing budgets, forecasts and detailed CAPEX spend. Liaising with internal departments, site inspections, programme review and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical services manager from either a contractor, developer or consultant to join this organisation.
