About the Role
Reporting in to the VP, Partnerships Alliance & Channel Business, the Partner Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our business through strategic partner-driven sales. This isn’t just about closing deals – it’s about building long-term partnerships that align with our mission to simplify and accelerate AI development.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding high-potential partners to driving revenue growth through collaboration and innovation. Your ability to navigate the intersection of sales, technology, and relationship management will be key in unlocking value for both NScale and our partners.
Working cross-functionally with our technical, marketing, and operational teams, you’ll ensure partners have the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed. In this role, you’ll also monitor market trends and emerging opportunities, staying one step ahead in the fast-evolving AI and cloud computing landscape.
It’s a role for someone who is sales and revenue-driven, but also strategy-focused, with a passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships that lead to exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and deliver effective partner sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals through partnerships.
- Build Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential partners aligned with NScale’s vision.
- Revenue Focus and Generation: Drive partner-led opportunities, achieving and exceeding revenue targets / KPIs by maximising partner sales contributions and driving opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through all deal stages.
- Relationship Management: Be the go-to trusted advisor for partners, unlocking mutual value and ensuring alignment.
- Market Insights: Keep a pulse on AI and cloud computing trends to spot new opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure partner success.
About You
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in partner sales within cloud services, high-performance computing, or AI with a proven track record of achieving revenue and partnership goals.
- Sales Expertise: Proven background in developing and executing successful partner sales strategies, including negotiating and managing agreements.
- Results-Driven: Consistently meets or exceeds KPIs, including revenue targets and partnership quality metrics.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and partners to achieve shared objectives.
- Analytical Mindset: Adept at using data for decision-making, including proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Organised and Proactive: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cloud services and AI ecosystem, including emerging trends and competitor landscape.
- Collaboration: Effective at working cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations teams to support partner success.
- Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt, with a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Technical Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML solutions, and GPU-based computing, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Technical Know-How: Comfortable articulating complex cloud infrastructure and AI/ML concepts.
Travel
This role will be expected to undertake global travel around 10-15% of the time.
Please Note: We\’re currently working remotely, but plan to transition to a hybrid working model in 2025 as we look to secure a modern office space in London.
