Job Description
Investment Analyst – Build-To-Rent Developer.
I have partnered with a leading Developer in the rapidly growing single-family housing sector who are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join their team in London. With the sector experiencing significant growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-backed platform that is expanding at scale.
This company has built a strong reputation for acquiring, designing, and managing high-quality, energy-efficient homes while preserving heritage aspects wherever possible. With solid financial backing and a clear growth strategy, they are well-positioned to capitalise on the booming demand for single-family rental housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring real estate acquisitions within the single-family rental sector.
- Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, due diligence, and market research.
- Assist in preparing investment committee memos and supporting transaction execution.
- Present financing opportunities and provide post-closing support for asset management.
- You will play a key role in the investment team, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the platform while working in a fun, fast-growing, and dynamic team environment.
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials from a leading university or business school.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or real estate debt.
- Advanced analytical and IT skills.
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and research skills (advanced Excel proficiency required).
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
