The Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in creating and executing high-profile design projects. Your creative skills and attention to detail will ensure our design solutions align with our strategic goals and vision. This role supports our ambition in growing our in-house creative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Identity: Assist in the development and implementation of our brand identity across all communication channels.
- Design Projects: Support the design and production of various projects, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and design team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital design or related fields.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design across digital and offline channels
- Design Proficiency: You’re comfortable switching between CYMK and RGB whilst proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and a bit of Figma.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into compelling print and pixel perfect designs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
