Their Leeds-based team is expanding, and we’re looking for two Inbound Sales Executives to join their dynamic and high-performing sales team.
About the Role:
This is a pure inbound sales role, meaning no cold calling—you’ll handle inquiries from potential customers and convert them into sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for solar leads, ensuring you qualify their interest and schedule meetings for the on-the-road sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads only—no cold calling.
- Engage with leads within short time of their inquiry.
- On initial call, look to sell the benefits of an in-person site survey.
- Book meetings for the on-the-road sales team.
- Sell gas & electricity by identifying cost-cutting opportunities for clients.
- Handle client Team\’s meetings to discuss their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably SaaS or similar).
- Adaptability & Versatility: Adjust your personality and tone based on the customer.
- Confident & Outgoing: Ability to build rapport and sell effectively.
- Social Selling Skills: Capable of mirroring and adjusting communication style.
