Job Description

Join our growing team in London as an experienced CX Consultant.

You are a visionary strategic thinker with the passion to create better customer experiences. You are passionate about what you do and make it your business to inspire others. You are used to leading customer centric transformations in large organisations. You are a trusted advisor, driven by business growth and transformation and you are no stranger to presenting ideas to the C-Suite and senior stakeholders in order to create impact. You act as an ambassador of company culture and get inspired by people around you.

In order to master in this role, you have:

  • Solid experience in strategic consulting, customer-centric business development or other relevant area of consulting with the ability to create an impact that will take future businesses forward
  • A good understanding of our customers’ business and strategy and the ability to work as the trusted advisor for your customers, adding value in each encounter
  • Excellent business acumen and a strong strategic and commercial approach to develop existing customer relationships and discover new opportunities
  • Ability to fluently communicate service offerings and link these directly to customers’ key performance indicators
  • Track record of successfully delivering strategic transformation work for customers with demonstrated results and impact
  • Experience in framing and overseeing projects and taking a holistic responsibility that ensures world class final deliverables
  • Inbuilt leadership skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills
  • A genuine interest for constant personal development
  • Fluent English skills
  • Passion to work in a creatively driven agency environment

  • Deliver value and business growth for our clients as the CX Consultant
  • Gain in-depth understanding of your clients’ business strategy, service offerings, organization, processes, and decision-making structures
  • Develop close relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops with sensitivity to client and team needs
  • Utilize the combination of strong analytical ability and creative thinking to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
