About the Role:
We are partnering with a long-standing employer in Glasgow, offering a fantastic opportunity to join their HR team. The organisation provides exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities and offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, managing casework for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support managers in driving performance using key people metrics such as absence, recruitment, and timekeeping.
- Advise on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with current employment law and company policies.
- Collaborate with key departments to ensure coordinated people-related activities and processes.
- Maintain accurate colleague records using HR systems and trackers, ensuring data is up-to-date.
Who You Are:
- A HR professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
- Able to work closely with managers to provide HR support and drive positive outcomes.
