About The Role Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimising inventory supply and delivering outstanding availability? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and have a knack for building strong relationships with various stakeholders? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Manufacturing Production Planner. As a Production Planner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure stock is on site to meet demand at the right time and at the right level for our largest Manufacturing site. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that material availability remains outstanding while controlling inventory levels and optimising purchasing costs. This is a key role which underpins operational and financial performance on site and requires the ability to handle multiple objectives simultaneously and a strong focus on getting every detail correct. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and managing inventory. Collaborate with various teams, meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards. Attention to detail, strong, organisational skills, and knowledge of meat processing are important for this role. Responsible for creating detailed production schedules, ensuring the right amount of meat is processed and available for packaging and distribution. Work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demands. About You We're looking for someone with Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise production processes, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with various stakeholders. Proficiency in using relevant planning tools and software, beneficial if you have experience using Oracle. You will also thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
