Conference & Banqueting Manager – 4-Star Hotel, Basingstoke Location: Basingstoke Start Date: ASAP Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 A prestigious 4-star hotel in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced and dynamic Conference & Banqueting Managerto oversee its thriving events and hospitality department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of conferences, banquets, and special events, maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all conference and banqueting operations, ensuring outstanding service standards. Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional event experiences. Work closely with clients, event planners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. Manage budgets, stock control, and financial targets for the department. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Drive customer satisfaction by responding to guest feedback and implementing service improvements. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a Conference & Banqueting Manager role within a 4-star hotel or similar high-end venue. Strong leadership and team management skills.
