Description Reporting into the Director of People with 1 direct report in your team you will take the lead on: Develop, implementation and management of HR systems and core HR areas including employee life cycle, case management, wellbeing, governance, payroll, on/off boarding. Driving efficiencies in HR processes, procedures, workflows, systems. Lead on HR governance including staff handbook, documentation, policies and procedures in line with legislation changes. Produce and use HR data and insights to drive initiatives, identify opportunities and improve processes. Employee Relations casework, coach, guide and upskill managers on all HR matters. Stakeholder management delivering an efficient HR Service across the business in line with the company visions, values and objectives. Provide coaching, guidance and development to the people team. Oversea the outsourced monthly payroll.Profile A credible HR professional with a passion for people, process and delivering excellence having operated at a management level with direct reports. Up to date knowledge of Employment Law and legislation changes with the ability to lead on policy development and implementation. A proven record of delivering on efficiencies, developing and implementing people and systems processes and procedures.
