Project Manager – Contract – Outside IR35 – Hybrid – Sussex VIQU have partnered with an NHS client who are seeking a Project Manager to assist on a short-term contract. The role: The successful Project Manager will oversee a high-profile office refurbishment, and have background delivering on similar projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operational services. We are looking for someone with proven experience in office refurbishments / relocations, including hardware specification, infrastructure upgrades, telephony, AV/VC installations. To note, this is a hybrid role and there may be a requirement to be onsite more frequently during the delivery phase. Key Skills & Responsibilities: Strong background as a Project Manager – Leading IT workstream delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution. Past experience working in the NHS or Blue Light Service. Infrastructure & System Upgrades – Manage Wi-Fi, AV/VC installations, structured cabling, desk & room booking solutions, and digital signage. Stakeholder & Supplier Management – Work with internal teams and external vendors to meet business requirements. Risk & Budget Control – Track and mitigate risks while maintaining budget control. Deployment & Training – Oversee system implementation, user training, and smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU). Progress Reporting – Maintain project plans, status reports, and financial tracking.
