Manufacturing Manager – Critical Component Manufacturing Location: Redditch Salary: Circa £55,000 – £60,000 Shifts: Days Mon-Fri A market-leading manufacturer of critical components is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to drive operational strategy and continuous improvement across production processes. This role is responsible for optimising efficiency, enhancing performance, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Manufacturing Manager Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness. * Oversee production metrics, including OEE, yield, and downtime, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and waste reduction. * Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to enhance overall operational efficiency. * Develop and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in manufacturing management, process improvement, and driving operational excellence.
