What You Will Do:

• Support the Housing Management team to deliver outstanding services
• Build strong relationships with residents and act as their key contact
• Tackle issues such as ASB, tenancy concerns, and property management
• Ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes
• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges
• Represent residents' interests at forums and committees

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A problem solver with determination and a can-do attitude
• Ability to challenge and push boundaries to achieve the best results
• Excellent time management and ability to handle complex workloads
• Experience in housing management or a similar field
• Ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work
