Receptionist * Seaham * Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour * Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 * Contract: Temp to Perm A business centre is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. You will greet and welcome visitors while ensuring the smooth running of the reception area. Key Responsibilities: * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. * Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. * Manage and schedule meeting rooms. * Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring visitor access, and issuing badges. * Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. * Update calendars and assist in scheduling meetings. Required Skills & Experience: * Previous front-of-house reception experience in a busy, customer-facing role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. * Experience in Microsoft Office and office administration systems.
