The Financial Systems and Reporting Manager will support the Head of Financial Systems and Control in ensuring precise and prompt financial reporting, alongside maintaining a high standard of financial control. This will involve overseeing financial systems support, acting as a primary liaison for projects affecting financial systems, and coordinating the monitoring and reporting of financial risks and controls.Key Responsibilities:* Manage the interdependencies between financial systems and ensure changes are implemented in a controlled manner.* Support the monitoring and review of operational risk and control standards, ensuring robust controls are in place across finance teams.* Coordinate the assessment and reporting of financial risks and controls, liaising with the Risk department and reporting to the Risk Committee as necessary.* Serve as a primary contact for finance-related projects that impact financial systems.* Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance automation for greater efficiency while maintaining effective controls.* Address ad-hoc queries and requests for financial information as needed.Experience:* Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.* Knowledge of IFRS and US/UK GAAP accounting standards.* Strong analytical capabilities.* Excellent …
