£40,000 – £43,000 equivalent

£21.97 – £23.62 per hour

35 hours per week, flexible working

Hybrid – 1 day per week in the Manchester City Centre office

We are seeking a dedicated People Partner to join our client for a temporary contract of 4 months in the heart of Manchester ! This is an exciting opportunity to partner with managers at all levels and deliver high-quality HR services.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Annual Salary: From £40,000 to £43,000
  • Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, flexitime
  • Location: One day per week in the Manchester office – Less than 10 minutes from both train and tram stops

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a top-notch people partnering service while managing a busy caseload within deadlines.
  • Offer insightful advice and guidance to managers on a variety of people matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with managers through regular engagement and proactive support.
  • Understand and apply safeguarding policies to protect vulnerable individuals.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support, including drafting case-related correspondence and updating HR systems.
  • Coach and mentor managers to empower their development in managing people-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our people policies and processes.
