Job Description: They are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Healthcare, Science & Laboratory projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and present design concepts, plans, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Worked through all RIBA stages.
- Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
