What You’ll Do

As the UK Operations Manager for Structures and Pavements, you’ll oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence, budget alignment, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Your role will directly impact the profitability and success of our UK Business Units, leveraging regional expertise to optimize performance and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage health and safety initiatives, including COSHH and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Provide line management for Project Supervisors and Project Managers.
  • Ensure staff utilization aligns with departmental and project budgets.
  • Represent the team in external site operations meetings.
  • Deliver technical consultancy for concrete and bridge testing activities.
  • Oversee training programs, technical reporting, and compliance with audits.
