My client – a highly respected regional main contractor – is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee several live projects up to £10m in value, spanning commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and community developments.

🔧 The Role
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take strategic oversight of several schemes from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring operational, commercial, and quality targets are delivered to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 🏗️ Overseeing multiple projects up to £10m across the South West
- 👥 Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers, and operational teams
- 🧩 Driving programme, quality, and safety standards on all live sites
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- 📝 Supporting pre-construction, planning, and resourcing activities
- 💷 Monitoring commercial performance alongside QS teams
- 🧠 Tackling challenges proactively and ensuring seamless project delivery
- 🎯 Ensuring each project aligns with the company’s standards, values, and long-term objectives
